Warm up:

Active hip and shoulder warm up. Walking lunges 10 each leg (long steps 20 sec in hip stretch) 
Banded Shoulder tension 

 

Strength/ Skill:

Snatch off of blocks 5x2 (work to heavy reps. 90 sec rest between sets)
