10 Scap pull ups
Strength/Skill: 
Weighted pull ups 5 x 5 reps (build up in weight if capable)
WOD: 
12 min ascending ladder AMRAP
3 Power cleans
3 Jumping pull ups
6 Power cleans
6 Jumping pull ups
9 Power cleans
9 Jumping pull ups etc...
